The venue was great, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning close to the main square and the two towers as well as the center of Bologna. The stuff was affable and always helped me. The whole experience was quite comfortable...

The room was somewhat small.

The units were clean and spacious with a large bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodating. - the location was fantastic, very close to the central area, tourist attractions, and the main square.

The hotel was located in the centre of Bologna.

The staff here were really helpful and attentive, providing plenty of useful information, and the location is fantastic with a train station nearby and the lively Piazza Maggiore district within easy reach.

The accommodation here is amazing, with a wonderful location just a short distance from the city center.

Breakfast area is a little small to cope with 9 o'clock rush, but staff were helpful and breakfast itself was good

Rooms are small. There was a little mold in the bathroom tile grout. There was a convention in town so the rooms were expensive.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The hotel was ideally placed near the old city centre but not easy to find. We arrived by taxi from the airport and were taken straight to the door. Would not have wanted to try to find it by car and realised that there was no real need to have a car in the city as the local buses were cheap and easy to use.

Our bathroom was set up as a wetroom but did not have a shower curtain or a sloping floor to assist water to run away to the drain. The windows opened onto a small courtyard, which was quiet but looked rather shabby.

This venue is conveniently located close to both the train station and the historic center on opposite sides of town.

The staff was amazing. They were kind and helpful for last-moment problems. The breakfast was also very good.

One room did not have air-conditioning

The staff were very approachable, attentive and informative. The location was ideal, very near the centre and close to all the main attractions of the city

The only downsides were the rooms noisy air-conditioning unit and fridge, and the TV had no english language channels

The location of this place was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the train station, and the unit we stayed in was clean and attractive with three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

It is very central and ideal if you intend to do some shoping as it is just of the main street

The raid where it is located is a bit dirty.

The staff were most friendly, courteous, patient and helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed. the breakfast was more than adequate. All together, it was a pleasant experience.

Guests have to carry their baggage up.
